Filthy I'm in a room with a kitchen that has no smoke alarm and roaches its horrible

When I went to get a room at this hotel there was a cardboard box that said no vacancy all rooms full. I did not see an attendant there so I'm not sure if it was full or if someone just put that sign up I had to go to another city to get a room not very happy
