Big O Tires

They always take care of my vehicle needs for my whole family. I like coming hear, because I feel I can trust them. Work gets done right, and efficiently!

The prices were good. I was looking for a cheaper tire and was told they had the one i wanted in stock. The inventory must have been off, but they called and set me up with another tire that he said was much better anyway. I was very happy with the work and speed it was done. The technician was great to deal with, and I am thrilled with the tires so far.

Even though they were very busy, they made time and they gave me excellent service and excellent care. I am from out of town and they could’ve sent me to another Big O and it would’ve been just fine but they went above and beyond and sold me four new tires.

Well, I was right away ask how may I help you, his was Corey! I thought initially I came at a bad time, because of how full. But, that didn't matter, Corey said leave your (Kia) and get your tires rotated and balance. And, I think Corey mentioned "was there anything else or I should know. That was definitely a question that needed a response. I had significate wear but, the going 70 mph or higher caused a wobble and or shaking. Within the 1st half hour Corey called and already found the issue. This is now my second set of tires on this amazing Kia. i will be continuing my business with BigOtires.
