Big O Tires

I have been a Big O customer for 50 years and have had nothing except exceptional service an d great customer. On this visit to have my tires replaced. I spoke to Cory and asked some questions and ended up explaining I was somewhat handicapped and without hesitation, he told me not to worry, that he would come pik up my vehicle, do the work, let me pay by phone and deliver the truck back to me...it was all done within an hour. I wont go anyplace else.

Helped find the right replacements, expert advice on options, took time to explore different price points for products. Service was timely and kept to the promised completion estimate.

Great service: We were traveling through with our travel trailer and found that we needed a new tire. They took us in right away even though they were very busy and it was at lunch time. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend this store.

Thank you so much was quoted $960 to fix AC and was told it needed a compressor. Big O fixed for $200 ish and very satisfied they are honest.

Good fast service on time

Went in to have the tires checked on our Boat trailer. Figured we would have to take it else where for the bearings and wiring harness issues we were having but found a wonderful one-stop-shop in Big O Tires! Thank you so much for getting road worthy at an affordable price!!

I've been a customer of Big O since I moved to the SLC area in Utah 11 years ago and they continue to provide outstanding customer service and a quality product. I've been doing business with the store on Sunset Blvd. since our move to St. George three years ago. They have a great operation and I will continue to be a customer. Thanks guys.

A week before on a trip to SLC form St.George, Ut. And on that trip I could feel my front right wheel just not right. I get back and I had an email that said your tires were do to be rotated. Sure enough, I took it in and Big O rotated them and weird feeling was gone. Thank you

The guys were very professional when another customer came it and was upset about something. They apologized to me for the way that customer acted several times.

I dropped my truck of in the morning. The work that was need for the safety inspection was thorough and completed as quoted.
