Big O Tires

I took my 4-wheeler trailer spare in before lunch, they promised it would be done right after lunch. They delivered as promised. I was purchasing a new tire for that spare.

Was much faster than originally stated

The guys were a little busy when I got there, which is a good sign. However, they got me in after a short wait and promptly took care of my tire replacement.

Tye, the service rep was very friendly and saw to it that I had a fast turnaround.

I have never had such a friendly person greet me, when I arrived. I had called ahead and asked a couple of questions and the man on the other end was named Cory. I made the appointment for the safety inspection with him and when we drove up to the service center later, we were greeted by Cory again and he had even remembered my name and I presumed the make of my car. He is definitely a credit to your business and I would surely hope he will be there for some time. He is definitely a plus to your employees.

Had a flat tire and the problem was fixed within about 3 hours even though they were very busy.

It was very easy and i had to go to work and so they kept my car until i could pick it up. They asked me to replace filters and didn’t just do it which was nice.

Thank you so much was quoted $960 to fix AC and was told it needed a compressor. Big O fixed for $200 ish and very satisfied they are honest.

They were very nice and prompt. They didn't try to get me to let them do more to my car than what I wanted. The other store told me I needed my car alinement fixed....which it didn't. Won't ever go back to the st george blvd location. I loved the service I got at the bluff st location.

Jay the service writer at the big o bluff store is always on top of his game. Always and promptly answers the phone, and always gets the best price. I specifically ask for Jay because of his top notch service.

Went with my friends flat tire and got a rotation on my own vehicle. My friends tire had a bead leak that required extra time to fix. I was not charged for the repair because I had to wait awhile longer. Manager was great to work with and I will be sure to always use this location in the future for this small favor.

Such friendly staff and explained everything in good detail. I felt like they went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced at a tire store! I will definitely be coming back!
