Big O Tires

I needed new tires on my travel trailer and I needed the bearings packed. I dropped it off with Big O, they called a couple of hours later - all I brought it in for was done and ready to go.

Excellent service. Was able to get in the next business day

The service rep I worked with was very competent and I did not feel like I was getting a rip off. He replace the shocks on my truck and moved the front tires back without trying to talk me into more than I wanted to do. I really could have done without the game show blaring from the TV. I lost 5 IQ points just sitting there for 1 hour.......

I went in for a flat tire repair. They were extremely busy, but I left my car there, and they fixed it In a very timely manner. There was also no charge for the repair. That is why I buy all of my tires there.

How can you rate cleanliness it is a "tire shop"?

I knew I had a problem with my car - I had a check engine lite. Barely got the car in with it's problem so I had to leave it without an appointment. The staff provided transport home and even to retrieve my car when the work was completed. Great staff, great work to fix the problem. I'll be back.

I never go anywhere else, be it Casper, Wy. or St. George, Ut.

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. I have always had a great experience.

I needed an adjustment on my alignment plus a set of tires for another car. Fast service, great price and very informative. I will definitely use them again.

I had a suspension airbag replaced on my RAM truck. The service was fast and well explained to me. The RAM dealer in town gave me an estimate double the Big O price. I will definitely return to TY Pendleton on Bluff Street(St George) for future problems with the truck.

Have no issues. Your sales staff is very friendly polite, and willing to answer all of of questions. Our vehicles are also as clean as when I bring them in.

The problem was taken care of. Even though I thought one solution was needed, the team found a fix that cost much less.

I came in for a safety inspection and wondered if I needed new tires. I wasn't just told, but shown that my tires wouldn't pass inspection. I was kept abreast of progress.and they finished my tires in a timely manner. The service manager was very polite. The next day when I noticed one of my hub caps was missing, the manager said they must not have secured it properly and ordered another one for the car. Another reason why I've been and continue to be a Big O customer.

They treated me quickly and fairly, it was easy to check in and my car has been running much better since I took it in.

My air conditioning went out and no one in town was available to take my car for several days. Nic took me right in. Got the parts within a day, and I driving cool within no time. I appreciated the quick service, and great customer service as a bonus.

They fixed a leak in my tire and, because I had bought the tires from them, they fixed it for free.
