Big O Tires

I needed new tires on my travel trailer and I needed the bearings packed. I dropped it off with Big O, they called a couple of hours later - all I brought it in for was done and ready to go.

We pulled in with out an appointment and got quick, friendly help from Cash.

The service rep I worked with was very competent and I did not feel like I was getting a rip off. He replace the shocks on my truck and moved the front tires back without trying to talk me into more than I wanted to do. I really could have done without the game show blaring from the TV. I lost 5 IQ points just sitting there for 1 hour.......

How can you rate cleanliness it is a "tire shop"?

A week before on a trip to SLC form St.George, Ut. And on that trip I could feel my front right wheel just not right. I get back and I had an email that said your tires were do to be rotated. Sure enough, I took it in and Big O rotated them and weird feeling was gone. Thank you

I never go anywhere else, be it Casper, Wy. or St. George, Ut.

The guys were very professional when another customer came it and was upset about something. They apologized to me for the way that customer acted several times.

Big O associate, Ty Pendelton, was extremely helpful. I had to arrange for appointment while I was out of town and had only a short time window to fit the vehicle in. Mr. Pendleton made it all happen flawlessly.

Fast, Freindly, and Professionla Service

I came in for a safety inspection and wondered if I needed new tires. I wasn't just told, but shown that my tires wouldn't pass inspection. I was kept abreast of progress.and they finished my tires in a timely manner. The service manager was very polite. The next day when I noticed one of my hub caps was missing, the manager said they must not have secured it properly and ordered another one for the car. Another reason why I've been and continue to be a Big O customer.

Everyone I worked with was extremely nice and made sure my experience was great.

My air conditioning went out and no one in town was available to take my car for several days. Nic took me right in. Got the parts within a day, and I driving cool within no time. I appreciated the quick service, and great customer service as a bonus.
