Big O Tires

I used Big O in Casper Wy., and I was so pleased there was one in St. George. I would never go to another dealership for tires. Where ever you go, if there is a Big O dealership, you can expect excellent service.

Fair and friendly

I was having a very bad day. On top of it, I came back to my vehicle to find that I had a flat tire. I had bought tires from this Big-O before, so I went up to this location to get the flat repaired. After sitting in the office for 20-30 mins, the clerk came up and said you are all all set, no charge for the fix. I was blown away. I don't know if he could tell that I was having a really bad day, or if he was just being nice since it was to days after Thanksgiving. J definitely will be going back on the future. Thanks for the very kind gesture.

All of my expectations were fulfilled. Was not hit with any surprises at the end. Jeff was great to work with and the final outcome was me being very happy with my van being ready to run for another 7k miles. The service even made my ride smoother than when I arrived. I will be using Big O Tires again!

I went in for a flat tire repair. They were extremely busy, but I left my car there, and they fixed it In a very timely manner. There was also no charge for the repair. That is why I buy all of my tires there.

I knew I had a problem with my car - I had a check engine lite. Barely got the car in with it's problem so I had to leave it without an appointment. The staff provided transport home and even to retrieve my car when the work was completed. Great staff, great work to fix the problem. I'll be back.
