Nick, Lance, and Ty rock!

I was going to give this company a horrible negative review but Nick saved the day. I came in to get my oil changed, the performed the work and I get my car back and their is dirt all over my driver's door, steering wheel and dash. I go back in and talk to my original sales guy and he mumbles something under his breath and walks out to the shop. He comes back and says, "My guy only got in your car to move it around and he isn't dirty. The guy told me it was already dirty..."� and proceeds to hand me a free car wash coupon. At this point I was furious. All I wanted was for them to clean up their mess. He didn't even apologies. I turned around and walked out never going to come back again. Nick runs my car down in the parking lot and apologizes for how that was handled and asked to clean up the mess. Nick acknowledged the issue as soon as he got to my car and he took care of it. If I go back to Big O I will only deal with Nick. He truly cares.

The men are great to work with and usually take my vehicle when I call. I feel like the service that is done is done right.

I ordered a set of Pirelli tires, and Ty indicated that it would take a couple of days for the tires to be shipped from Las Vegas.The tires arrived on time, and the tires were put on my car on Monday.Ty indicated that he would not be working, but that Lance would explain the invoice to me.When it came time to pay, Nic handed me the invoice, and there was no explanation of additional charges -- alignment and road hazard warranties.I declined the additional charges for the warranty, but there was never an explanation of why alignment was required.I paid and left.

Completed the work faster than expected.

First let me say the customer service was exceptional The incorrect tires were installed and Nic caught it before I even notice. Got the correct tires and moved on. When the correct tires were installed there was some damage to my rims, not sure what happened but Nic took the initiative and got someone in to fix the issue. Overall the experience was a bit difficult but Nic took care of everything and all is well

I have 3 vehicles that I always bring to Big O when they need servicing. I have always been treated good at Big O on Bluff st. I believe that the managers are honest and always try to do me a good job at fair prices while still trying to make the company money.This time I believe that the mechanic putting a new/used tire on my wheel bent the rim but didn't want to say anything about it. When I first brought it in, the tire had a very slow leak. It took approx 2 days to go flat in my driveway. After bringing the car in and having the tire looked at, it was determined that there was a nail in the sidewall making the tire unrepairable. So I agreed to buy a good used tire. When that tire was mounted and my car was ready to go, I got on the freeway there at bluff heading North and before I got to St George blvd the tire pressure indicator in my car said the tire had dropped to 13 psi. I returned immediately to the Big O store at which time the tire was flat. It was looked at again and I was told the rim was bent and I would need to buy a new one. I believe that the rim was bent in the process of putting the new/used tire on. I realize that it would be my word against the mechanics. That he would say that I hit something hard enough to bend the rim between bluff and st george blvd. I have a good job and make decent money and thereby can afford to buy a new rim. And am honest enough to return to the store and say I hit something and then the tire went flat shortly after. I believe the mechanic should be told the story and given an opportunity to come clean. Or at least be made aware of what I have written.

I needed a battery for my car, I called at 4:00 pm and they had a 5 year Interstate battery. I checked I. At 4:27 and was finished and paid for at 4:45. WOW what great service! Ty Pendleton was very nice and gave me my military discount...thank you very much. Steve Farmer
