Big O Tires

I made an appt. for 0800 for work which they started promptly-but then decided to take the mechanic off my job and have him do an alignment while my car just sat there-I guess he was a more important customer-took 2 1/2 hrs total then to finish my vehicle. I will go back because they do good work there but it was an aggrevation

They always take care of my vehicle needs for my whole family. I like coming hear, because I feel I can trust them. Work gets done right, and efficiently!

I came to the shop during a busy time and was informed that there were several folks ahead of me. However, they worked me in and had me done in less than half the anticipated time. I have bead-lock wheels and they take them right in stride, whereas many shops won't work with them.

Visited Big O on Bluff to have Wife's tires balanced and it turns out one tire had gone bad. Thanks to the Big O warranty they replaced the tire with a new one. Ty took such good care of us that I went back for the buy 3 get 1 free A/T tires for my truck. Both times I was in and out in under an hour. Thank you for the great service!

Good friendly Service people, always fast to get me in an, always do what I ask them to do. and always good to check things out and let me know if I have any other problems. I won`t deal any other place but here on Bluff Street. I highly recommend them to all my friends, I think they have a great bunch of guys working their, like Ty Pendleton, and Nic Blake.

A simple thing but so important. They found the noise in the frame of the car which was only a small rock. Glad it runs smoothly and doesn't make the noise anymore.

I took my Chevy C-1500 pickup truck in to have the tires rotated. Before I left a nice looking young employee advised me that I should be concerned with my water pump. I am an above average home auto mechanic and I examined the water pump and found no need to be concerned. I then drove to a professional mechanic who examined it and confirmed that the water pump appeared to be functioning perfectly. This is my issue: employees making statements about a customer's vehicle should understand that most customers will not have the experience or analytical ability toquestion Big O's assessment and may commissionBig O to fix a problem that does not require fixing. This benefits only Big O and not the customer. I appreciate Big O pointing out real mechanical problems. But I strongly suspect that Big O may be prone to increase their profitability by unnecessarily alarming unwitting customers. Patrick

The men are great to work with and usually take my vehicle when I call. I feel like the service that is done is done right.

They didn't just replace my tires. They repaired other damage.

Friendly staff but very slow service. Took over an hour for oil change and tire rotation and I was second customer of the day. Not what I was expecting to spend there.
