Big O Tires

I made an appt. for 0800 for work which they started promptly-but then decided to take the mechanic off my job and have him do an alignment while my car just sat there-I guess he was a more important customer-took 2 1/2 hrs total then to finish my vehicle. I will go back because they do good work there but it was an aggrevation

I love working with Nic and his team at Big O. They are thorough in inspecting my vehicle and always keep me well informed about the work needed. I've worked with them for years and can count on them to keep my vehicles running reliably and safely. They even caught a tire issue I didn't know I had while I was in for this oil change. I had a blowout waiting to happen on my rear tires.

I came to the shop during a busy time and was informed that there were several folks ahead of me. However, they worked me in and had me done in less than half the anticipated time. I have bead-lock wheels and they take them right in stride, whereas many shops won't work with them.

We went into the Big O Tire shop for a trailer tire replacement. We were immediately approached by an employee and serviced within minutes upon expressed what was needed. The employee was so quick in retrieving the new tire from the c-can. It literally took about 8 to 12 minutes from the time we drove in the drive to depart, to have full service performed on our tire. We will definitely go back if needed.

Visited Big O on Bluff to have Wife's tires balanced and it turns out one tire had gone bad. Thanks to the Big O warranty they replaced the tire with a new one. Ty took such good care of us that I went back for the buy 3 get 1 free A/T tires for my truck. Both times I was in and out in under an hour. Thank you for the great service!

Great service at the Bluff Street Store, but I'll never go to the store on St. George Blvd again. The customer service was terrible.

i moved to saint george utah Nov. 2015. since then i have purchased tires for both of my vehicles, my RV, utility trailer more than once for each. The people at Big O are very friendly and courteous and professional. Any time i had an issue with a tire they really stepped up and took care of it. I am very satisfied with the way they do business. i highly recommend Big O. Lance is awesome to deal with and his team follow his lead very well.

I didn’t have an appointment for service, but as soon as my battery was running I had to go directly to Big-O. They serviced my car quickly and my battery warranty was honored.

A simple thing but so important. They found the noise in the frame of the car which was only a small rock. Glad it runs smoothly and doesn't make the noise anymore.

I took my Chevy C-1500 pickup truck in to have the tires rotated. Before I left a nice looking young employee advised me that I should be concerned with my water pump. I am an above average home auto mechanic and I examined the water pump and found no need to be concerned. I then drove to a professional mechanic who examined it and confirmed that the water pump appeared to be functioning perfectly. This is my issue: employees making statements about a customer's vehicle should understand that most customers will not have the experience or analytical ability toquestion Big O's assessment and may commissionBig O to fix a problem that does not require fixing. This benefits only Big O and not the customer. I appreciate Big O pointing out real mechanical problems. But I strongly suspect that Big O may be prone to increase their profitability by unnecessarily alarming unwitting customers. Patrick

Friendly staff but very slow service. Took over an hour for oil change and tire rotation and I was second customer of the day. Not what I was expecting to spend there.
