Big O Tires

Nick is the reason I go to Big O Tires on Bluff Street in St. George. He is professional yet personable. He listens and understands what I need and expect from the service call. He is fair and takes care of problems and mistakes. The only reason I continue to go to Big O is because of Nick.

We got a flat tire 6 hours from our home and had the Big O tires with their warranty and they fixed our tire and got us back on the road very grateful

Goodyear tires not available, ordered Saturday 8am, arrived Monday about noon.

The guys over at Big O tires were extremely helpful. Sending me pictures of what was wrong and letting me know exactly what was needed for my GMC Truck. I will never go anywhere else for service on mine or my families vehicles. Extremely professional, gave me every answer I needed and have a great crew. These guys are awesome.

went in with a low tire pressure light on so i decided to get my tires rotated when i was there. after about forty five min. they said they could not rotate my tires because the one on the left front had a chip in it. when i got in my vehicle to leave my low tire pressure was still on. we left and went to the big o store on the boulevard and had them check my tire pressure. they found the spare tire was low so they filled it for me. on the way home i got thinking i have a full size tire the same one that is on the front of the truck that is the spare under the truck why didn't they just rotate the tires and use that tire. it used to be in the olden days they would rotate the tires and the spare but now days with a cheap spare they don't do that but my toyota tundra has a perfectly good tire just sitting under it. now i have to go back some day and try and get my tires rotated again.

Previously I was told that my car couldn't be adjusted for alignment. I went to another shop and they said that is not true and they aligned it just fine. However, I did get a decent price on my tires that I purchased this go around.

I have been a Big O customer at different locations in Utah every one has very friendly service and sales associates, The Personnel at the St George location have bent over backwards to bring in tires for my vehicles also on my step daughters truck. could not ask for any better service ( A great bunch of guys). also the tires are great!!

I apologize for giving a bad review but I feel very frustrated with the way things happened this last visit. I called ahead of time asking for a price quote for a transmission flush. They asked me the year and model of my car and then gave me the quote of $140. The day I planned to bring my car in I received an email for 20% off any service. I brought in the coupon excited to get 20% off of $140 After everything was said and done, they added on fee after fee (that was not discussed on the phone), and my total with the 20% of was still $140. I realize that is a slight discount, but not as much as I was planning on. After I left and looked at the receipt I realized I had been screwed. I don't wanna make a fuss over $30 bucks and I don't expect anything, I just wanted to state my case. Thank you for listening!

The tires that we ordered were not at the store even though we had ordered them a week prior however Ty made it good by cutting us a deal with a better tire. We appreciate that they kept in mind that we travel from Nevada for their service. We had the Jeep in the shop by 7:20 AM and received a text that the work was completed by 10:12 AM. We have used the shop in Kaysville Utah before and were please with their service, so decided to buy our new tires with Big O again. Thanks Ty and Lance for your help!

I have used Big 0 and it's affiliate stores for about 30 years. This summer I came to this store to have my tires (purchased at Big 0) rotated, re-balanced (due to severe road vibration) and get an oil change. I was still having excessive road vibration so when it was time to have the safety inspection on my truck I had Big 0 repair the rear brakes and recheck the tires. It was discovered that the tire balance was still off (poor balancing job) and I also needed new rotors and a left rear axle bearing. I paid to have this work performed, but discovered I still had some vibration and noise in the rear of the truck. So I returned and after replacing the axle bearing again was informed it that it might be something else - perhaps a bent axle even though the mechanic indicated the axle looked fine. I waited a few more weeks and ordered an axle to see if that would resolve the issue. When the mechanic pulled the left rear axle it was obvious to me that the axle was indeed bent (even though they'd pulled it twice before - there mechanics missed it) Unfortunately the axle I ordered was undersized so I had Big 0 replace the axle with their overly priced one along with new seals, gear oil, etc. The noise is now less, but I still have a vibration in the rear of the truck and have spent nearly $1000 (even though the manager was kind enough to reduce the costs for me). I could've rebuilt the entire rear end of the truck for that! I am no longer confident in Big 0 tires.

Everything went smooth and the tire installation actually happened faster than I was expecting. The price quoted and the final price were right in line and everything was happened just as was explained by the sales associate.

Big grease spots on my floor and door handle, brought this to their attention last time it happened, thought they'd take more pride in their work, I guess not

Big O Tires is the only shop I let touch my.truck. I have 370,000 miles and going strong and it is all due to their expert and professional service.

I pulled up to BIGO after pulling off the freeway and noticing my tire was losing air. I knew they had just closed and I might be lucky enough to have someone help me. I pull up and there was one employee (a red shirt, so a supervisor...) was on his Bike about to leave for the day. I'm in an obvious panic because I'm from out of town, here on vacation, and I need help. I look at him and he just shakes his head at me, to tell me they're no longer open. I come out of my car and point to my flat and say, "Well can you tell me where I can find an air pump?" And he points me to a gas station down the road and drives away. I couldn't believe it! No sympathy, no offering to help, even getting off his butt and just looking at my tire. I know that once you're not getting paid to help me anymore, you're not obligated to, but you're just going to let me go with a flat tire? So I drive to the gas station and know that I'm ruining any chance I have of salvaging my tire... And sure enough when I get out, I can hear air escaping from it, which it wasn't doing before. I know I need to put on the spare, but I have no clue how. Totally panicking, I see another BigO gentleman go into the gas station. I ran after him and asked if he could help me, and that I'm sorry I know he just got off work... And he said, "Of course!!" He taught me how to use my jack and how to put on my spare (in the 100 degree weather) and told me to come to his store on the Boulevard. Thank goodness for people like Brian, because I would've been in a heck of a lot more trouble! And for anyone going to the BIGO on bluff street... I would turn around and go somewhere else. Just like their supervisor did to me.

Service was very quick which was important to me

Lance Swinddlehurst is the worst person I ever met. Worst customer service, I left my car at noon for oil change and six hours later I have to call because they forgot to call me. I don't live inear this town and I wasted all day here with 106 walking to get my car and when I ask where is my car he said you go find it...... .
