Big O Tires

I had a major repair. I ask josh or nic to make sure everything was included. Got the car the next the check engine light came on. Took it back and the fix it, but said it needed more work. Problem Like worn engine tie and loose pully. I ask the cost and it was going to be another 300. I wanted some comprise but the person on sat. Said couldn't do anything. Called to complain on Monday and was put on long hold.

The tires purchased were not balanced correctly. Upon returning the technician admitted the tires were improperly balanced. The tires were either defective or ruined from improper installation. I returned to the store on 3 separate occasions to give Big o the opportunity to rebalance the tires. The manager wasn't in the last time I had returned and the salesman refused to come out of the back room to speak with me. Phone calls were not returned for a week. I purchased replacement tires from Costco Wholesale and returned the tires to Big O. Either the owner or manager at this point then bothered to return the phone call. The threat was the tires would not be replaced because he claimed there was nothing wrong with them and that he would only give $100 credit. Later in the dispute with the credit card company claimed a replacement set of tires had been offered. This is a very dishonest business being run here. I recommend to everyone they avoid the scam offered by Big O in St George. Purchase tires from Costco Wholesale, their technicians are trained to install tires correctly the first time.

It was extremely efficient and even though there were a lot of cars there they got it done super fast!

If you trust a bunch of teenage boys working on your car, than this is the place to go. I got my tires balanced there, not by choice. The teenage boy put on the wrong wheel weights for my rim, plus the tires were not in balance. 1.5 oz off for one tire after I had them rebalanced by my trusted tech. Their warranties are gimmicks as well. Will never to back to Big O again. Your better off getting a set of tires from a box store and having your trusted tech mount, balance and keep up the rotations.

His communication for parts and timeframe of completion was clear and helpful. The pricing was comparable. And they did a really good job!

I have been going to Big O for a few years & always had great service. I felt like they treaded woman well & I trusted them & have sent friends & family there. I went in for tire rotation & oil change. Got home & I had oil coming out of my car in a puddle under my car & all down the driveway. I rushed my car back to them & they found the oil filter was on crooked. they fixed & said they would send home with me kitty litter & anti oil remover. My daughter scrubbed on it for hours. I had to be at an app. So the next morning I went to get the kitty litter out of the car & No kitty litter or oil remover. I called them they sent a very nice young man to try to clean it up . Couldn't get it off the driveway & told me he would have his manager call to come to have it power washed. Know one called. Next morning I went to get in my car & all the coolant had drained out of my Cadillac took it to my dealership . They put the wrong oil cap on my car & the water pump had a leek . What is upsetting is it cost me $650 to replace the pump & I called Big O & the manager said it was not there fault & would not pay for any of it. What bothers me is when I went in there the pump was fine. I feel very bad about the whole situation & wont be going back.

They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Car was finished in great time!

I had an had my tires balanced and rotated with a 4 wheel alignment. Drove to California and it was horrible. My car was all over the road and I had no control over it. Would not recommend ever!!!!

I have always had fantastic service with every visit at this Big O tire.

i went for a flat repair because of a coupon and flat repair is already free! i was told that my flat could not be repaired because i drove on it. 2 miles was the furthest, i knew the tire was losing air which is why i went there. so i told them to put my spare on to get me through a couple days. he refused said it was to close to wear bars. i asked for a used tire he said he guarantied he would not have that size. i asked him to call the other big o in town he made one call and i heard that's what i thought. he told me my ONLY option was a new tire. my car is a 400 dollar car. i certainly did not need an 80.00 dollar. He could have offered to at least put air in to get me home.

We got a flat tire 6 hours from our home and had the Big O tires with their warranty and they fixed our tire and got us back on the road very grateful

Quick service and completed service timely

The guys over at Big O tires were extremely helpful. Sending me pictures of what was wrong and letting me know exactly what was needed for my GMC Truck. I will never go anywhere else for service on mine or my families vehicles. Extremely professional, gave me every answer I needed and have a great crew. These guys are awesome.

I have been a Big O customer at different locations in Utah every one has very friendly service and sales associates, The Personnel at the St George location have bent over backwards to bring in tires for my vehicles also on my step daughters truck. could not ask for any better service ( A great bunch of guys). also the tires are great!!
