The Big O store on Bluff Street in St. George Utah is top notch and fair. I have had vehicles in for very large jobs and very small and they always provide outstanding service at a fair price.

Great service from all emplyees

Taylor Pollman took excellent care of me. I came in for a patch, he told me my front tires were very bald and I needed them changed asap. He got me in and out within 40 minutes and was incredibly professional the whole time. Will be going back for all my tire needs.

I had a flat tire that they fixed, It still leaked a little so they repaired it. Both were at no expense. It turned out that the patch was such that there was nothing they could do so they made me a very good deal on a new replacement tire at much lower price than I expected. I plan on going there for my car needs. I feel they are people I can trust

We were on vacation and a tire developed a leak so we stopped and asked if they had time to look at it. They were very pleasant, fast and friendly. I wish I could do more to promote this place because it treated me like I think customers should be treated and the tire holds air. We got back to our vacation fast. Appreciate the great service and treatment.

What a refreshing and pleasant experience in these sad and difficult times when customer service and professionalism are almost extinct concepts. Every service I requested was preformed in a timely and completely professional manner at a fair and affordable price. A big Thank You to the mechanic that performed the work and to manager Lonnie Nelson for doing what he promised, when he promised and for the price he promised. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want but did do everything I asked them to do. I have not experienced customer service at this level in years and I will definitely be doing more business with this Big O location in the future! Thanks again for the great service!!!!!

Had a tire rotation and balance, oil and filter change, and alignment done in half an hour.
