Great service They Manager was very helpful and answered other questions I had about my car. Very knowledgable.

We priced out several places- most were at least $600 and would have to order our tires a week or more out. My husband called these guys, they had put product, and got us in same day. We waiting with our toddler and was out in less than an hour. It was awesome. We also expected them to not be able to balance 1 of our wheels because of a bad rim but they were able to figure it out. The only thing that would have made our visit better was if they had had our rim in stock. But for same day we are extremely pleased. Merry Christmas!

Nick, the store manager is 2nd to none when it comes customer service and auto knowledge.

One of the tires got damaged and had to be replaced due to a road hazard of some type. It was pointed out by the Big O Representative the tire was under warranty and there would be no charge. The tire was replace in the time estimated. Problem free.

We use big o at work for our fleet. I have been very pleased with how they took care of my work truck when I had some tire issues. Brought my personal car to them and am very satisfied with the new tires and how I was treated.

I came in unexpectedly because of a flat tire and even though they looked busy they were able to not only get a new tire ordered but change the oil also.

Great customer service

stopped by without appointment to get a trailer tire flat repaired. They quickly did the job and I was on my way in 30 minutes!

Friendly front office staff. Services performed quickly and without hassle. Mechanic explained everything well. Overall great experience. Will definitely visit Bluff Street location again.
