In the past I had commented that they started on my car and then stopped working on mine to start work on another vehicle while I continued to wait. Not so this time! This re-news my favorable opinion of the service. The work has always been good.

Pleasant efficient service

The best service of any auto store I've been to in town. That's why I go back.

I had to jump start my car to get it to the shop. I was literally in and out with the installation of a new battery in Les than 10 min. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the shop techs took a break from their regular duties to install my battery. I was more than impressed with the exemplary work they performed, and will most certainly be back and recommend Big O tires to all of my friends in the area.

Had to have a new battery and they repaired a light on the front of my car with out charging.

Price was right! Service was fast! Nick is the best! I have used Big O Tires for years and have always been very satisfied with their service and pricing. I would not use anyone else.

We priced out several places- most were at least $600 and would have to order our tires a week or more out. My husband called these guys, they had put product, and got us in same day. We waiting with our toddler and was out in less than an hour. It was awesome. We also expected them to not be able to balance 1 of our wheels because of a bad rim but they were able to figure it out. The only thing that would have made our visit better was if they had had our rim in stock. But for same day we are extremely pleased. Merry Christmas!

One of the tires got damaged and had to be replaced due to a road hazard of some type. It was pointed out by the Big O Representative the tire was under warranty and there would be no charge. The tire was replace in the time estimated. Problem free.
