This is a user friendly station. I am always pleased with the thorough inspections and service. Thank you for a military discount as well.

Our tire blew out on the freeway and we came in to get new tires and the alignment fixed. My mother in law recommended we go to you guys because they were really good to her last time. They had my car done way faster than I thought and everyone was very respectful.

I will say the Boulevard location is by far more friendly and easier to deal with than your Bluff location. All my rating are for the boulevard location only. I used to go to bluff location but the last two experiences I’ve gone they I have been yelled at and told if I wanted tires from the BigO website I’d have to pay way more for them because they won’t make any money. Bluff street are rude and act like I’m an inconvenience to be there. Then I go to boulevard and they are very nice and welcoming. I’m a lifetime buyer if BigO brand tires and if boulevard wasn’t so nice I would find another place to buy my tires after my tire warranty is up.

They gave me a huge discount on my safety inspection and cheerfully paid $31,00 to replace a hubcap lost in the process of rotatomg my tires. They also alerted me that my power steering fluid was dark and would need replacing soon.

He was prompt, friendly and paid attention. He did not keep me longer the absolutely necessary. I felt like he was a friend by the time we were done.

I was particularly pleased that you got me in without delay, even without an appointment. Instead of pretending that I needed more work done than actually needed, as I have experienced elsewhere, I was told that my brake pads still had considerable wear on them. Thanks for your honesty and your competence.

I am always greeted with friendly attendants behind the counter. At the end of January 2016 Big O put new tires on my 1988 Chevy C-1500 pickup truck. At the point of payment at the counter there was a problem with my account. Big O allowed me to drive away without payment. I phoned Big O a couple of hours later and drove back the same day to pay half and then made the second half early the next morning. I began using Big O in 1991 and they have always treated me well.
