Big O Tires

We were transporting four horses from Tucson, returning to Calgary, Canada and noticed a tear in one of our front tires. We had planned to stop over in St. George and at 6:00 PM began calling around for tires that would match our trucks existing tires. Finally, talked to Tim at Big O and was initially trying to line up an early time in the morning so we could catch up with the rest of our group returning home. He graciously offered to keep his staff late if we could get there before 7 PM, their usual closing time. We raced over and he took care of rotating the back tires to the front and then replacing two others to have the new ones on the back. We went for dinner and picked up the truck on the way back to our hotel. Can't say enough about the customer service, as we were leaving, one of the guys who was staying late told us not to worry they would look after us...........will recommend this crew to everyone

Earl Nickerson and Corey Gibb helped me get great tires and alignment for my car. They gave me great service and got me the best deal possible. The service was also quick! I was in and out. Corey, the sales and service rep was very personable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can always trust the staff at Big O to take care of my vehicle in a timely manner and they are always honest about any issues that I may or may not have. I recommend them highly to all.

I arrived very early and was immediately serviced. I have been going to Big O for over 30 years at this site and others and have had nothing but great service.

They safety inspected my vehicle in under 30 minutes. I added $10 to their pizza found, as a thank you bonus from me. They also take the time to let me know when I have items that will need attention in the near future.

They got our car in asap and the were very knowledgeable about the possible issue and took the least expense approach first. Instead taking hour of unnecessary diagnostic and charging us for it. Very happy with that particular Big O and their staff.

Ty Pendleton is the most stand up, honest, decent, straight talking man I've met in the industry and just a great guy! Nobody wants to have unexpected tire issues out of town and he went so far and above I will go out of my way (From Salt Lake City to St. George, Utah - 400 + miles) to bring my business here! Cory was awesome to work with. He stayed in communication with me as I was selecting wheels/tires for my truck. He made recommendations as well that resulted in a great experience.

I needed an oil change and tires rotated. As soon as I walked in they already had my information pulled up and got my car in with minimal waiting.

Our tire blew out on the freeway and we came in to get new tires and the alignment fixed. My mother in law recommended we go to you guys because they were really good to her last time. They had my car done way faster than I thought and everyone was very respectful.

I have had great experiences with everyone I've worked with at the Bluff location, especially Tim. He is understanding and kind. He knows I'm poor and in college and he does everything he can to make sure I'm taken care of.

I will say the Boulevard location is by far more friendly and easier to deal with than your Bluff location. All my rating are for the boulevard location only. I used to go to bluff location but the last two experiences I’ve gone they I have been yelled at and told if I wanted tires from the BigO website I’d have to pay way more for them because they won’t make any money. Bluff street are rude and act like I’m an inconvenience to be there. Then I go to boulevard and they are very nice and welcoming. I’m a lifetime buyer if BigO brand tires and if boulevard wasn’t so nice I would find another place to buy my tires after my tire warranty is up.

When I talk to friends and we get on the subject of great service repair shops I never a negative comment about BigO. only praise. They did it again, I had a flat and they determined it was a defective tire "No Problem" new tire.

He was prompt, friendly and paid attention. He did not keep me longer the absolutely necessary. I felt like he was a friend by the time we were done.

went to have a tire looked at because my low pressure warning indicator kept coming on.They fixed me up and the gentleman that waited on me didn't charge me a penny, he said to me "you paid the last time, you're all set". I have indeed used them in the past and my family will continue to use them in the future.It made my day.

Noticed me as I entered the store! Presented my bill promptly!
