Big O Tires

We have been frequent customers this past year at Big O. Both our cars needed new tires, our Audi had some issues and just his past week we needed some repairs on our Denali. Every repair was done in a timely manner and the guys there are always curtious and great to work with! It's great to know I can go here to not only get an oil change, but tires and other major car repairs. We've been extremely satisfied with the Big O credit card and have utilized the 6 months same as cash feature every time. If there have been any issues with anything we've had done there they are more than willing to make it right and take care of us.

I love that the first words out of Ty's mouth when I walked in the door was, "How's Kathy?" I've always had great service from this Big O, even before my mom started working there. I have been coming to this Big O since the early 1980's when "Fudge" (can't remember his real name) helped me with a flat tire.

I was a walk in customer, because I didnt have an appointment. I waited less than ah hour to have my tires rotated. I happy to learn that there was no charge for this service. Because of this I will definately buy my next set of tires From Big-O Tires next time. Thanks, Lee

Great service. Told me what to expect & they delivered. I went in for a simple oil change. I was told it would be 30 minutes and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Gave me a report on my battery and tires and I'll be going back soon to get them taken care of at Big O Tires.
