Thanks for completing my state inspection on the spot when other competitors couldn't get it done.

The associates at Big O Tire listen to my needs and take accountability for the completion of the orders/tasks they are given. They are friendly, easy to work with and the entire experience is an enjoyable one. I highly recommend Big O Tire!

Called Tuesday night and Ty got me in the next day for new brakes rotors and a oil change. Only took 1.5 hours! The other Big O im Always there at least 3- 4 hours! I will for sure be back! Thanks for the amazing service and how fast I got in and out!

Skylar was the guy, he was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. They did good work on my car and fixed what needed to be fixed.

I have re-shod two vehicles within the last 5 months. One was a dually (6 tires), the other a 4 x 4 Suburban. Very happy with the initial sales and the follow-up work on the difficult alignment situation on GMC dually.

I walked in without an appointment they told me I was next in line and sure enough it wasn’t long. I had my tires on and was out of there in record time. It was great.

My schedule is very unpredictable which means scheduling an appointment is very hard as I could be called for a job at any time. Nick and his staff always find a way to get me in and fixed up and out with little and sometimes no prior notice. I appreciate this and it is what keeps me coming back.. Great customer service..

My wife’s tire got a nail in it. Dropped it off the night before and forgot to drop off the keys, returned the next morning to give the keys to the shop and they had already fixed the tire without needing to move it at all. Very nice to show up and take it home when I was expecting to wait longer!
