Was excellent !! ...........

My car had a repetitive knocking sound. The dealer charged a $200 diagnostic. The problem, loose lug nuts. I came in and explained the situation because I had my tires rotated here. Even though it happened 3000 miles after rotation, Trevor was so understanding and nice. He offered a free oil change. I'll definitely come here before the dealer when I have another issue!

I’ve been going years to big o tires. Their associates are very polite and helpful. They always greet me at the door. They do an awesome job. I will never go anywhere else other than big o tires.

Colton "Nacho" Malherbe is the absolute best. We were greeted with a smile, he was professional, upfront, provided us with several options. Nacho kept us informed as the work was completed and we found the entire process extremely professional and we were totally satisfied with the outcome. Preston was awesome and incredibly helpful! I came in for a tire issue which he quickly diagnosed and resolved. He also answered all of the additional questions I had related to other aspects of my car and was very patient and friendly.

Showed up and Preston was opening the door for me and asked what I needed help with. I told him my tire sensor were on and he said he’ll be able to scan them and see what needed to be done and minute later he said they needed to be replaced took care of it with in 20 minutes great service.
