I went in and had a bubble in my tire. Chad helped me at the Orem store and he was so nice. We asked them to do a few things on our vehicles and they never seemed irritated or out out for having to do multiple trips in and out of the shops. He also seemed to really care and help us get what we needed done.

I am very happy that did my wheel alignment when I finished my new tires replacement! They are so experienced with wheel alignment! I am grateful for them!

My son and I were leaving the doctor's office and needed to get to the pharmacy quick after he failed a breathing test. They had my tire replaced and we were back on the road within 20 minutes.

I could not rave enough about this Big O location and staff. I hadn't had power steering in my car for 3 MONTHS! Luckily I found out that I had an extended warranty that covered most of the repairs. Trevor and Bryan helped me from the start and I could not be more grateful. They were nice, patient and didn't pressure me into doing anything I didn't want to with my car or spending more money than I wanted either!! (That's a HUGE fear of mine going into car shops). They even called and figured everything out with the warranty company!! I didn't have to do a thing! It gets better, when they said fixing my car would take a good portion of the day, they immediately offered for me to use a car they had and for the day and didn't charge me a dime! On top of that, they called me 3 hours before the time frame they had given me and let me know it was all done!! Thats amazing!!! In the end, What would've been normally close to a $2,000 repair and a massive headache ended up costing me just over $300 and was a complete breeze. I will ALWAYS recommend this location. 100times over the south Orem location by the mall. Thank you Trevor and Bryan!! My car works like new and I am SO happy you you guys were just such a joy to work with!! :) thanks again!!
