Big O Tires

Our business uses the North Orem Big O Tires for all of our fleet needs, and they are great to work with. We work with Chad - who is awesome. He clearly explains any repairs that may be needed, and gives us advanced notice if we're going to need something down the line (instead of trying to sell us everything at once). We know that if he tells us we need something, he's not just giving us a line. They have great prices, great customer service and we trust them to keep our Company's fleet in good working order - which is critical for any business.

I was in and out very quickly and got exactly what I needed. Staff was very friendly as well. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Jeremy was amazing. This was a very large financial investment in my vehicle, purchasing wheels and tires from Big O. This is also the 4th set of tires I have purchased from the North Orem Big O in the previous 5 years. This equates to thousands of dollars. Although I live in SLC, I make the trip because I know Jeremy will provide the best service. As long as he is there, you have my business.

This specific location in Orem literally has the best employees and they provide the best service every time either my wife or I come in. This is the only location my entire family will ever come to and know for a fact that we will always leave very satisfied. We are forever loyal customers to big O’s but even specifically do the people that work at this location.

Fast and right.

I was on my way to a funeral for a family member, the funeral was 100 miles away, my tire pressure moniter on my vehicle came on indicating i was losing tire pressure. I got off the interstate and pulled in the Big O location in north Orem. I had 13 PSI left in my tire when I arrived. Trevor met me at my truck. I told him my situation and that I was on my way to a funeral, He said, "we'll get you taken care of and on your way". pulled my truck in, did the flat repair, and I was on the road in 20 minutes. Amazing. when I went to pay for it, he said, "dont worry about it, just come back and see us". I certainly will. the entire staff was amazing. great job by all. very friendly. Everyone that walked past me asked if I had been helped yet.
