Big O Tires

Been coming to this location for fifteen years.Essentially I drive past about four other Big O Tire Stores.Brad and his employees are outstanding.I can always trust what they say and the work that they do on my vehicle.

Without fail, each time I come here I am met by the friendliest guy that seems to actually care. They are transparent, if I have ever ordered a tire over the phone they tell me the exact price. I have had several nail in tire that they have fixed for free. Great place.

Great experience everytime I go up. Sometimes 3 times a day :)

The price was good, and the service Jones gave was perfect. I was in and out and love my new tires.

"These are not needed." Not something you would ever expect a repair shop to say. I sent my teen daughter in as she learns the art of owning her first car. They turned away business she thought she needed and even did some quick education for free. I can not tell you how many times this has happened to our family. They have earned my trust and my repeat business.

The sell man was the best when it came to what tire I need to best fit what I do . I asked 100 of question and he help me get the tires I needed and wanted.and let me be the one to deside he help me get the q2 ply tire I need for the work I do. I've always been a fan of big o. And I let all the guys in my line of work best pricing and great sevice big o gives me.

The work was done very fast and I was at the store for less than 1/2 hour.

They done everything I wanted, and found that my spare tire was not in good shape or was no good and ordered me a replacement

My family and I have been going to the Big O shop on University Parkway near the University Mall for years. After having to price check and double check diagnosed issues we finally found a shop we can trust, we dont even bother comparing prices anymore. In fact weve been working with the same technician the entire time. Ask for Keith Carter and youll never trust your vehicle to anyone else.

All the guy at the Orem location are pretty professional a d I also like the they were some the speak Spanish and also always with a smile.

I've known Brad Payne since he was in high school with my son and daughter. I've spent at this point $1000.00's for tires and other repairs on my vehicles with always superb results over many years. The only time I go elsewhere is if its and emergency and I'm far away from Orem or if it concerns something that you all just don't do in the way of auto/truck service. My only regret is that Gary Carter is not there any more! His mechanical knowledge was awesome! Anyway, you'll see us again soon. We have 337,000 miles on our 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe and 557,000 on our 1992 Toyota 4X4 truck! We take care of our vehicles and so do you! Brad and all of your people at this Orem location should be at the top of your salary schedule! They deserve it!

Had 3 different tire brands I was curious about and the salesman was very helpful on helping me make the right choice on tire.

We've been servicing our trucks at this Big O location for several years, and ALWAYS receive excellent service. They have a great staff and genuinely seem to have service and client retention as a first priority. When off duty, I take my personal vehicles there for service.

Associates were friendly, answered all my questions, and were very prompt. I had compared pricing before coming, and decided Big O offered the best deals.

I’ve been to other Big O locations and this is the best I have been to. Associates were very friendly and courteous. My wait time was actually less than what I was told and I would highly recommend this location to family and friends. Very clean and superb staff! Keep up the great job you all do
