Big O Tires

Changed out summer to winter tires. Dropped me off at work and picked me up after the work was done.

I always bring my vehicles to them since they are knowledgeable and friendly

I was heading through Price and my tire was ready to explode. Stoped in to get a quote and Allan was great. He got me a set of tire for a price I could afford. Thanks BigO.

Ordered tires that were a new product line. Allan ordered but company said tires were not available for delivery then. A week later Allan recalled the tire brand to see if tires were still available even later. In the meantime tires were shipped to warehouse without any notification. After several calls he found the tires were there and had them shipped to his store where he called me and scheduled a time to put the tires on. He worked hard for me the customer.

I'd like to give a special thanks to Devin, Allen, Cade, Cortland, Larry, Scott, and Keith. Once again these guys went above and beyond for me when I was in need. Every time I have a emergency and stop in there they take care of me right away and get me back on the road as soon as possible. Not only do they take care of me but they give me a piece of mind whether they are able to help me or not. Thanks you guys I really truly appreciate you.

I took my 2023 Camry in for a tire repair without an appointment and they took me right and repaired my tire in a timely fashion and got me back on the road.

Scott kept me informed on what was going on with my car at every step until it was finished and Cade the mechanic did a wonderful job.

Went in to get an alignment. After checking out the vehicle, was told no alignment was needed. I very much appreciated their honesty and integrity.

Without appointment or prior notice, I showed up on a Saturday morning needing two tires replaced on my Polaris side x side. This is the second time they have fit me in, recognizing I am a repeat customer. The work was quick and in about an hour I was on my way. Two tires removed, new tires installed on rims, plus remove and install on the unit, less than an hour!

Needed a flat repair. Tire was damaged beyond repair so I purchased a new set of tires. I was treated very nicely and service was great.

Loved working with Alan Christensen. Very open and welcoming. He gave great advice and was very prompt with checking in and outlining cost and schedules.

Great Customer service. Was willing to provide service after hours.

Keith was great. Trailer bearing went out on Sunday. Went in to store first thing on Monday, Keith said they could repair trailer. They completed new bearings & seal, cleaned wheel in under an hour. I was on the road again. Excellent service from all associates.

I called to get an appointment on my lunch break, they advised me that it would take about 40 minutes to rotate my tires and do an oil change, while I was there they brought in my air filter and showed me how bad it was, and asked if I'd like a new one. I chose to get a new one, they had it ordered and delivered super fast. I'm very happy with the friendly service from everyone there!

Allen always helps out big. No issues, he went above and beyond looking for a black or grey wheel besides whit. Love feeling with big o in price.
