Big O Tires

We have an old mule that we need to help us with our yard work. We had a couple flats and the mule wouldn't start. Big O came and started the mule, drove it to their shop, fixed the tires, the starter, did all the very needed maintenance work and drove the mule back to our yard. Thank you so much.

they expained the problem well, quoted a price and performed the work. When it was complete the problem persisted. They performed more service at no charge for the misdiagnosis. I appreciated the honsesty and help. They were professional, polite and timely in everything they did.

Allan is awesome and so helpful. I got my tires here about six months ago. I got a flat this past week while working in Wyoming, two hours from the closest town. With no cell service I drove to town and the Big O there was not helpful. They told me they did not have my tire, had to order it. Went the rest of the week on remote roads with no spare. Tire didn't come before I had to leave the area. So I emailed Allan since I have very limited cell service. He responded to my email even during his time off and assured me they would get me taken care of before the holiday and before I had to return to the job site. I got back in town, he got it taken care of quickly even though they were busy short staffed.

Replaced the tire on warranty

Randy and his family are hard workers. They might not always be the best priced in the area, but they are dependable and will always work to earn business. I don't always buy tires from Big O, but I am never disappointed when I do.

Took great care of me and even allowed me to use a vehicle to run errands while they were replacing the tires.

Every time I go in they go above and beyond to take care of me, weather it be them lending me the company van while they have my vehicle or letting barrow a used tire for free. They always aim to please.
