I tried to pay part cash/ part debit. I was paying with $400 cash and wanting to put the remaing $138 on my debit card. The man ringing me up accidentally put $500 on my debit card instead. We were then -$267 in our checking account. They refunded the money back to the card but it still hadn't come through. I called the next day and was told there was nothing they could do, we just had to wait for everything to process. Meanwhile I was days from pay day and had a negative amount in my account. And now today I was charged a $62 insuffcient funds fee. I understand that mistakes happen, we all make them, but I didn't feel like anyone there was very concerned with helping me out. We literally had no money and it wasn't our fault.

I had a certificate for a free oil change worth $43.99 and I still had to pay $21 extra. Also, had to add 1/2 quart of oil after the oil change the next day. I was told my car takes 7 quarts of oil. Not real happy with the oil change. Oil was spilled in various areas on the engine. Staff did not clean-up after the oil change.

Very nice staff tire wouldn't be here for a couple of days but was finished as soon as it got here. Vwry nice price for tires

Tried to over charge me, and never got a bill, until there was a call, and said I was late. Charged me $27 dollar's for a late fee. When I called, then I got both bill's, the one was one I should have gotten in the first place. I did receive a letter, telling me I did'nt qualify for the rebate, which I had to call for, and finally got. Will not buy from them again.

Technician left two loose lug nuts after checking my tire for a noise. "Mikey"said no charge. No wonder. Either he's incompetent or he didn't care what happened to a 70-year-old disabled woman traveling alone. I could have lost a tire and much, much worse.

The customer service was out standing. Clear communication while my car was being worked on. Allan handled all the warranty paper work and phone calls. Extremely satisfied.
