We were fortunate the tire we needed replaced was covered under warranty still. We had no idea, and wouldnt have known any different. When paying for an alignment, we were informed about the warranty and saved $300.00. Thank you for the honesty and service! We will keep coming back.

Darian was sensitive to my specific requests (keep the best of the used tires for the spare) and he checked to verify this was done. I also checked to insure this was done. He was friendly and knowledgeable as we discussed tires. I had previously gathered 4 bids for tires, but he convinced me to purchase from Big O tires. I have now purchased tires for two cars in the last 7 days, both from Big O.

Every one involved in my purchase ans service: Darin, Ron, Jake, and te technician went out of their way to make my sure my went well service. The tires I ordered came in on the period I was told. (just a short wait), I was immediately notified they were in and I was scheduled of their mounting right away. The technician was extremely careful as my tesla is not the normal car. Big-O has been our number 1 tire store for the last 16 years or more. We have always been treated well and given the best price available. Store has always been clean, which is something you normally do not see at a tire/garage store.

5 star rating for Darion & his customer service . Ordered tires I needed for my trailer in stock the next day . (Cheapest price after shopping around by quite a bit ) I came in to have them installed the next day understanding it would be busy & probably a long wait by the time I had got off work to make it in . He went above & beyond and jumped in to make sure that I didn’t have to wait til the next day . Not only did he squeeze me in but he also did it in a very fast manner. Much sooner than I would’ve expected even if it had not been so busy at that current time . Thanks again Darion for your A+ customer service .
