I was not in the store to score cleanliness. I Dealt with Rob The store manager long distance in regards to a company truck repair. Rob worked hard to get the price were it needed to be for me. He also was prompt with his estimate and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. I am a 40 year master tech and a Ford ,Chevy , Chrysler factory Master certified and Rob was honest and knowledgeable and was able to converse with me at that level. So far I haven't heard back from the driver with any issues. Thank you Rob and we look forward to using you in the future. Sincerely Doug!

We were fortunate the tire we needed replaced was covered under warranty still. We had no idea, and wouldnt have known any different. When paying for an alignment, we were informed about the warranty and saved $300.00. Thank you for the honesty and service! We will keep coming back.

I walked into the BIG O store in Tooele they greeted me by my first name and asked how they could help and serve me. I informed the associates what was going on with my car. They immediately began to evaluate what was the problem and reported the problem back to me within 10 minutes. They quoted how much it was going to cost and my options. They completed my car in another 10 minutes. I paid the service bill and was on my way home. Thank you BIG O, you're the best!

We were visiting family with plans to get our tires changed in Salt Lake later in the day when one of our tires blew on I-80. It was the late afternoon on a Saturday and we figured that we would never be able to get a new tire after calling a few other places. When we discovered there was a Big O in Tooele we immediately went there! The staff were amazing! They got us in and changed all 4 tires for less than we ever expected. They also stayed a few minutes after closing so that they could finish the job for us. It was incredible!!
