Big-O has been our number 1 tire store for the last 16 years or more. We have always been treated well and given the best price available. Store has always been clean, which is something you normally do not see at a tire/garage store.

Walked in, left car, went next door for breakfast. Returned to find car in front of store waiting. Great service. Liked the fact I was emailed to remind me of needed service.

Huge shoutout to Nick. I got some sensors put in my Hyundai but unfortunately they couldn't reset the system so they referred me to the dealership. When I called the dealership they informed me that to reset the system it would cost me an additional $60 dollars. I then called Big O again and explained the situation to Nick and he told me to give it a day to try and have the system reset it's self. He then said that if it didn't reset after a day to bring it in and he would work with me to find another way to get it reset. I greatly appreciate Nick's willingness to work with me. I will definitely refer people to Nick.
