We were visiting family with plans to get our tires changed in Salt Lake later in the day when one of our tires blew on I-80. It was the late afternoon on a Saturday and we figured that we would never be able to get a new tire after calling a few other places. When we discovered there was a Big O in Tooele we immediately went there! The staff were amazing! They got us in and changed all 4 tires for less than we ever expected. They also stayed a few minutes after closing so that they could finish the job for us. It was incredible!!

I came in for a Safety, Laurie greeted me cheerfully, and took care of getting my car to the shop. The mechanics are great and I appreciate them. Laurie sure makes it pleasant in the store!

Always love coming in and dealing with Lori! She's the best! Also love that the guys in the shop will come up and talk to me about what's going on with my vehicle and explain things to me! Great customer service!

Big O had fast service and were flexible with my schedule. We had an issue where the wrong size tires were put on my car and they corrected the problem without any hassle and didnt charge me anything.

Walked in, left car, went next door for breakfast. Returned to find car in front of store waiting. Great service. Liked the fact I was emailed to remind me of needed service.

Asked to have the tires had been rebalanced when they were pulled for rotation, and even told the manager I would pay extra for that. Apparently, that wasn't noted on the work order for the mechanic, since I still have a vibration circulating through my XTerra at certain speeds, even after this service. Since I have oversized off-road tires on my vehicle, having them rebalanced every 8,000 miles or so is VERY importantStill, I was only charged the package price for the service I received.

They complete the oil change service just as I instruct and they keep track of previous services so they know what I need.
