Big O Tires

Hi I called the store to have an oil change for my truck f350 Disel and I ask the time it will take to do it they tell me that it will not take much time to do it I drove over when I get there Robert said straight flat it's going to take one hour I look in the shop there was no cars it was empty I said there is no cars he told me that there was to more cars in front of me so I said okay forget it I was just about ready to leave when Joel approach me and he asked can I help you I said. I need an oil change and I told him that the guy inside said it will take an hour Joel said no we will do it right away there's no wait he took my key drove my truck inside the shop and start working on it there was about 8 guys just doing nothing but waiting for work almost everybody jump into my truck and talk to me that they were really friendly and willing to work if it wasn't for Joel. I want to say thank you to Joel for working on my truck and getting it done in no time he did an awesome job it's a good employee and he it's very nice he checked my truck he Point a few things on my truck that need attention thank you very much just for people like him I would like to go back and I'm sending my son to have his oil change on his truck it's also a diesel and I know that they can do good job for for him

My tires were changed on my vehicle a lot faster then they told me it would take. The staff inside were professional. I was a little concerned that the staff did not request my information to upload in the computer for the warranty on my tires, I had to ask the cashier to upload my personal information for the warranty. I do think it would be beneficial to allow customers to setup appointments in advance rather then just a first come basis. Overall I had a good experience.

They were great and quick, but put the wrong oil in my car. They did an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Alignment.

Every time I've take my car to them for service, wether it's needing new tires or an oil change or flat repair, they've always been very friendly, helpful and quick.

The young man that helped seemed like he had just lost his best friend. Not happy or friendly. Lori was super friendly until I reminded her of something and then replied curtly....."I Know" Total turn off. Will check out Les Schwab.

Like the BF Goodrich all terrain T/A K02 tires, I feel that you over price the tires, i paid $1015.78 with you, I could of save $200.00 on these tires, found them a day later for $811.26 Out the door at Costco. should have went to Costco. Not Happy with your price!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had brakes checked and serviced. Very professional!

Been very frustrated with Big O's service. I bought new tires, brakes and replaced the rotors. Have returned at least 3 times to have the brakes looked at they do not and I repeat do not work properly. Big O says there is nothing wrong. I will have to take my car to another mechanic to have the brakes looked at. When slowing down on freeway or refucing speed one brake grabs which requires only which I can describe as fighting the steering to keep the car going straight. Very sad because I only experienced great service from Big O while living in Logan.
