Big O Tires

Service was ok, but price was misrepresented. Tacked on shop fees of 17.5% at the end. When asked the cost of the oil change before service,nothing was mentioned about shop fees, or the fact that they would be 17.5%. Just be straight up with people. If I wanted a $50 oil change I would have gone to jiffy lube and it would have been fast.

I use them for most of my car needs.They have always done me right..

I came in to talk about a possible warranty issue on some Michelin tires. The guy behind the counter, Rob, told me since I didn't buy the tires from them, they won't help me. He wouldn't give me the time of day The funny thing is, I don't even know if the tires were eligible for warranty. I may have to purchase 4 new tires. If I do, it sure won't be from Big O.

Took my car in for service and some maintenance - not tires (except to rotate). Very pleased with the results and the service.

I've been a loyal customer for a long time all they needed to do was fix my flat tire and rotate my tires I pick up my truck and the front end is shaking so badly it's damn near impossible to drive when I call to explain this to them I'm told they don't know that my truck drove just fine before the manager of the Tooele store is a condescending jerk talking down to me like I'm trying to rip them off so I asked are you going to compensate me for my time when you realize it was your problem and you are being very rude. 20 bucks towards my next set of tires, or an alignment something? No he won't, my truck could have had front end problems before was his same answer. The owner Monica gets on the phone and tells me I didn't pay for my tire to be fixed, I didn't pay for a rotation, it's not their problem it's mine. Basically they don't give a shit. But I can bring my truck up there for them to look at. Bitch you guys aren't touching my shit. They could not do a rotation and fix a flat proper,and you're giving me an attitude telling me my shit was already busted,and it was messed up before I brought it in.NO I'll take it to a BigO in Salt Lake where they know what they're doing when it comes to fixing a flat tire and rotating them. ASimple job common sense would tell you that most likely they didn't balance them properly. Poorest customer service worst I've ever experienced if I treated my customers this way or anybody in general I would expect to have my ass beat never going back

First of all I find it odd that all the reviews on the website are positive are the negative ones deleted? In the past I have always had good service but this last visit was awful. They told me I needed new tires because my tires were cupping. The tires I purchased were rated for 45,000 miles I had 19,100 miles and they would not pro rate them, I call that bad customer service and I will never go back to that store again.

Always go to big o tires is there anywhere else? Never have any issues and if we did we know they will take care of us Just purchased a set of tires for the truck and love them they look awesome We love the staff at the Tooele store Rob, Lori n Cole and all the shop workers we appreciate all of you thanks for the great service

The worst ever! Went in for tires and a alignment . Was told I needed shocks , brakes ( both under warranty and I asked for them back but they threw my brakes away) tie rod and track bar . All that I thought was fine . Drove it to Lehi twice and it drove horrible! So dangerous. Looked under the car and I had a bolt sticking out my tie rod a inch! When I talked to Mark and the owner they said it's just human error! Life Saftey isn't human error , especially when you recommendEd it . Had to limp it to Riverton Big O for the fix . I'm sure you can imagine all those conversations, they don't do work like that but had to try and stay professional due to they are also a big o . I was also there when they asked Nick to go thru everything they touched! Also they ( Riverton Big O )had to lawyer up a bit when they wrote their invoice, they sure didn't want to be liable for unbelievably poor workmanship. Got lots of pics and conversations also.Wonder how many accidents they have caused that no body will ever know . I've never been so disregarded for something. Oh and I also am battling stage 4 cancer . Way to take care of your neighbors!

The best thing about them doing the work on my car, I was comfortable that it was being done and done correctly.

Do not go here. Total rip off and 100% don't trust their work in the least. Used to be a dedicated big o customer. Don't have to worry about that anymore

I will never go back to this location in Tooele. Three times I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this time was too much! They absolutely have no customer service and the quality of their work stinks! Take your business elsewhere, I know I will!!!

I came in for a Safety, Laurie greeted me cheerfully, and took care of getting my car to the shop. The mechanics are great and I appreciate them. Laurie sure makes it pleasant in the store!

Had an alignment done and they must have messed up a ground wire or something because now my windows wont role up and my electric door locks wont work on the doors or the key fob. They both did work just fine before I brought it in. They looked at the problem and basically said "sorry not my problem." They also broke the switch panel in the passenger side door and didn't say anything about it. Pretty sad service, will not be taking any other vehicle there again. Would have been cheaper to go to salt lake. Now I get to pay another shop to clean up there mess.

We take our Truck and car to Big O for everything, always have.

I bought 4 new tires for my son on his car. He found out a bubble on one of the tire and they were going to charge him over $31. He came over and I called them and ask them, I assume to fix it free, but NO, the manager told me, $18.75, that was a little better, but they are charging more from a younger student from THS. He does do a lot of working on vehicles can do it for free. Big O is different charges from the manager of the store or shop. That is a problem of charging crap like that, I will NOT go back to Big O in Tooele of the little small B.S. crap like that. Les Schwab does take care of the customers like the little problems, like that.

My car ran so much better after I picked it up from Big O...they rotated my tires and even remembered not to charge me since I purchased them from Big O. Love that they are so on top of their game.

Worst customer service I ever had with a tire store. I will never use Big O Tire.
