Big O Tires

I have suspected price gouging from this store but my recent encounter takes the cake. After sliding into a curb I took the car to Big O to get things checked out, they said the wheel bearing was damaged and it would cost $480 to replace it. I asked how long it would take, the answer was one hour. I was skeptical on the price and did some research. The part can be found for $150. Even if an alignment need to be done that means they are charging about $250/hour for labor. Furthermore, I took the car to another mechanic for a second opinion; after a thorough check he found nothing wrong with the bearing or any other suspension or steering components. Bottom line - Big O tried to charge me $500 for a repair that did not need to be done. You can bet will gladly use their competitors for all my front end and tire needs. Not only will I not recommend them but I will do what I can to convince family and friends to not use Big O. Shame on you Big O!

worst service ever!!!!! bought a set of tires about a year ago out there recently had a leak in tire thought i would bring it out to you for service. Told everything was fine did not find anything wrong with tire trusting big-o i did't check myself 2 days later stuck a work with flat realized you never checked or rotated my tires.. not even sure my oil got changed. will never bring it back. brought it to another big-o in salt lake they found a nail fixed and rotated my tire in a hour. it sat at you location all day and never got done!!! My mother inlaw lives in tooele and needs new tires soon won't get them there.

Big O had fast service and were flexible with my schedule. We had an issue where the wrong size tires were put on my car and they corrected the problem without any hassle and didnt charge me anything.

Awful service I have big o brand tires went in for service rotation and balance was told my tires were to cupped to be rotated and would cause a bad vibration. The whole reason I went in there was because their tires are out of balance and need rotation. Also had issues with them doing alignment on a dodge in the past saying it's not possible then charging me full price for a service that wasn't even done.

I came in and purchased 2 tires that were not in stock. I was told they would be in around 1-130 and they would call me. 245 I called them and they seemed annoyed that I called, so they told me they will call the delivery truck and find out where they are. 30 minutes later I get a call saying the tires are here, there was no sorry for the delay or lack of communication. Then I showed up to big o and no one really greeted me. In the end my review of the tooele big o tires is I'm sure they do quality work it's the customer service that needs help. I'm not sure if I will ever go back to this big o tires again.

Fast, inexpensive and came with a warranty.

I thought it was good. I was just not told it was going to be so long until I got my car back. I do love the service and will be back when I need my tires changed again.

Sales was supposed to email me a quote beforehand. did not receive. price was higher due to road hazard charge that i was unaware of

Left the ruined tire on Friday morning and it sat and because of that they did not order a replacement tire on Friday for Saturday. Therefore I had to wait until Monday, late afternoon to get my tire.

Asked to have the tires had been rebalanced when they were pulled for rotation, and even told the manager I would pay extra for that. Apparently, that wasn't noted on the work order for the mechanic, since I still have a vibration circulating through my XTerra at certain speeds, even after this service. Since I have oversized off-road tires on my vehicle, having them rebalanced every 8,000 miles or so is VERY importantStill, I was only charged the package price for the service I received.

Tooele location does a great job. Quick, good service. Cole Miller is an outstanding employee. My wife had an alignment issue and he was able to get it taken care of quickly.
