This Big O shop has always done excellent work and treated me fairly. My first experience with them was when I thought I needed new brakes. They called me and said that I could drive another few thousand miles before needing to replace the brakes. That made a big impression on me and I have told that story to many people. They have always been honest with me. The cost of service is much lower than at the dealer so I can do without the free doughnut and car wash.

Staff is so great! Fixed a whole in my tire in less than an hour. I've been a customer there since 2014.
