I had my vehicle in for an alignment, was informed I needed parts to be able to align the rear wheels. I purchased the parts and installation from Big O. After a day, the vehicle started not driving securely. I took it back to Big O and to them of the problem. They found the problem, fixed it, refunded some of the original cost and added notes to my account to ensure that if any other problems appeared from this incident, they would fix them at no cost to me. i left with no further charges and was totally satisfied with my treatment and the outcome of my visit. Thanks to Gabb Dunn for his attention to my problems.

Brittany was amazing at getting the best price on new tires for us and best price on a cool change. We wanted to pay around 500 for everything and we walked out paying 30 dollars more and that was perfect. She listened to what we wanted And got the best price she could for us. without an appointment, I was met, informed on the tires I needed, and when I ask if I could do some other errands, they gave me a timeline for my convenience. When I returned my tires were mounted and my bill was ready. I was pleased that Big O had my tires and was able to complete the service quickly.

This Big O always takes care of me. The Big O in Spanish Fork wouldn't help me because I purchased tires from another Big O. The Big O in Payson always takes care of me and will take care of my horse trailer too. They rotated and checked my tires on 4 different vehicles on Saturday afternoon and got me in and out quickly and were easy to work with. It was great to get them all done in one day. Dropped in to have my snow tires changed out. They were swamped but able to perform the service in a decent amount of time.

I believe the gentleman that helped me was Jaren. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I went home while the work was being done, and he was very good about staying in contact with updates. Once again Jaren did a great job. Jaren is not yoir typically pushy salesman however extremely knowledgeable when asked a question. Jaren informed me of some upcoming services that will be needed on my next visit rather than telling me i needed them now. He is an asset to this location for sure.

An emergency brought us into the Payson, UT Big O Tires. Our alternator died as we were passing through to go camping for the weekend, but we couldn't have ended up in a better spot. Our car barely made it to the Payson location before it died, but that's where our day started to turn around. I can't think of another car repair visit that went so smoothly. The staff was exceptionally kind to all of us (including our two pups), and they had us in and out in a matter of hours. We expected our trip to be over, but with the quick fix we were back on the road in no time, and able to continue our vacation. Thank you so much for the amazing service!
