I went in needing tires thinking I was leaving super broke! But thanks to the snap program I walked out with 4 new tires and didn't pay a dime out of pocket!! The crew was fast and friendly!

Alfonso was wonderful. He knew exactly what was wrong with our vehicle and got us in quickly. I was with my elderly parents and everyone was so patient and even gave us a ride to the casino while we waited. They were efficient and kind and got us on the road again. Can't thank you enough for such good service.

I had a used car sold to me with a bad TPMS (tire pressure sensor) from Murdock Hyundai. They wanted to charge me up to $500.00 to scan, buy the part, and replace it. I called big o in Payson and they charge $69.00. I went there and even though they had to do it twice to get the light off, they charged me only for the first time and got it fixed. They found a nail in one of my tires on the second visit and it wasn't even part of the procedure I was getting taken care of and they took it out and patched the tire free of charge. This place even rotates my tires for free on occasion. I don't see myself going anywhere else for now. Good customer service as well.

Newt was really good on informing me outside about tires he recommended.
