This Big O always takes care of me. I went to the Spanish Fork one last week and they wouldn't honor my tire warrantee because I hadn't purchased it from them. What is the point in getting the warrantee if it's only good at 1 Big O??

Big O in Payson is now my go-to tire and brake place. They're complete professionals, friendly, fast, efficient, and they have my back. When I got a flat shortly after having my brakes done, they replaced my tire valve right away. I've also gotten great deals on tires from them; they work to save me money.

When the economy is tough Big "O" works with You, helping people has come back to Payson, this reminds me of the old days where your neighborhood filling stations help out there patrons in a time of need,I realize You can't be perfect to all people but I hear many people say there pleased but they went beyond there-selves to help us,Thanks for helping out a Retired Disabled Veteran.

The minute I walk in the door, no matter how busy they are, I am always acknowledge, and they call me by my name. That is good customer service. I had a tire issue and it was correct.

Just Replaced some a set of tires. No pressure sales on the tires I could buy. They gave me multiple options and let me research what I felt was appropriate for my car. Great group and great tires. Thanks as usual!!
