I wouldn't go anywhere else but Big-O in Payson. I pass 3-4 other Big-O locations and countless other tire stores and mechanics on my way to Payson. Well worth the drive for me to take my cars to Payson Big-O for any and all services they need. Gabe and his team do a great job and have always been fair and honest.

I needed two new tires, and I had recently had my van aligned at another tire shop and it was driving terribly! Big-O checked my alignment and it was explained that the alignment was way off and would require some work to get it right. They offered me a good deal on the work, and I had them do it. My van now drives great! Thanks for letting me know where to go to get a real alignment job and good tires. Great job! P.s. The customer service guy was really cool as well.

I live in Springville and have a local a Big O Tire store that I drive right by on my way down to Payson to see Gabe and his team. The service is the best there is and I trust them to keep my car running properly without creating unnecessary repairs and problems.

I always bring my vehicles to Big O in Payson. The employees are friendly and know what they are talking about. They have helped me so many times with issues with my vehicles and I always leave so pleased. Thanks guys!

Just had them change around some old tires i needed off. They did that and also told me things about my truck i needed to fix to make it drive better.

An error was made in tire size. The problem was immediately and courteously corrected fully to my satisfaction. I purchased two new tires (as the OK staff recommended) and I could not be happier. YOur excellent handling of this problem has convinced me to be a customer of your service center always in the future.
