Very helpful and friendly did a safety and emission plus oil change in less than 2 hrs

I scheduled an appointment to get the alignment checked. It was checked, and re-aligned in about 30 minutes. It was much quicker than I had anticipated and I was on my way.

I would recommend Big O they have always treated me great.

This Big O always takes care of me. I went to the Spanish Fork one last week and they wouldn't honor my tire warrantee because I hadn't purchased it from them. What is the point in getting the warrantee if it's only good at 1 Big O??

The minute I walk in the door, no matter how busy they are, I am always acknowledge, and they call me by my name. That is good customer service. I had a tire issue and it was correct.

Big O not only did a good job getting my tires and other services required but they did it in a fast paced time and I'm very happy with the product but the reason I go to pay some big O is their customer service is awesome thanks Gabe Dunn,Ty Mike and the Mechanics
