Big O Tires

Just had my HEMI over at Big O Tire in Payson getting my snow tires mounted. Jesse Parent went above and beyond in helping me out at this location and getting me back on the road. I only put a 4 on store cleanliness cuz I wasn't even there long enough to observe it. :) Thx to everyone over there!

i had planned to also get my oil changed BUT the people who did my last oil change put the plug in wrong and the guy told me that it could break if he removes it. He offered to try anyway or offered to let me take it to the last person who changed my oil and have them fix it. I opted to take it to the person who changed my oil last time (JiffyLube) and MAKE THEM FIX IT. I appreciated the option I was given.

Jarren was outstanding. He did not try to hassle me and was very honest. Jarren is definitely an asset to this location and will most definitely get all my future needs.

I have known Gabe Dunn for quite a while know and he runs a tight shop. He has excellent employees that know there knowledge. You truly feel valued at this Location. I appreciate the TLC they provided to help make sure my wife and daughter are safe when driving. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you guys do to keep us trucking.

The last time I was in there I had a tire rotation done. They did not put a tire cap back on tight so I lost it the same day. I let Big O know and they went above and beyond to replace the tire cap at no expense to me. I really appreciate there caring attitude and willingness to make it right with me. Thanks Big O. That's how you keep satisfied customers.

Our tire pressure light was on so we came in to get air and the tech said our air pressure in the right front passenger tire was 20. He suggested to have that tire to be checked out, They found out that it was the valve and fixed it. It did not cost anything.

I went in for an alignment/balance, the service person was polite and even remembered me from the last visit. I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Quick but excellent service, can't ask for more.

I've been to this location several times and all of this staff know me by name they know my car they know previous issues all without looking it up on the computer, in a word, professional.

Great service and crew at this location. I have never had any problems. I have always had a good experience here, and always left feeling like my car was taken well car of, and I wasn't nickeled and dimed for needless things. And for that, I continue to come back here, and send my family and friends here.

My radiator became gummed up and the water pump caused the radiator to fail. I was in a hard spot as this was my daily commuter. I have come to Big O in Payson for all my maintenance and tire needs and I have gotten to know Jesse. I called an he said I could drop off the car and the mechanics would look at it. He was great to detail out the problem and why it happened. We decided to have it fixed. I was impressed with the speed of the repair. It was ready the following day. Highly recommend them. They have always treated me well and I feel like I can trust them.

They were very fast, They were all very polite and courteous. The Tires were an AMAZING price, and The installation as well as an alignment was very quick. Faster than I expected. Everyone there are always Kind and wanting to help. I will ALWAYS go to this store. I trust the employees there.
