They are always so nice when I go in I love going there to get my car looked at

I scheduled an appointment to get the alignment checked. It was checked, and re-aligned in about 30 minutes. It was much quicker than I had anticipated and I was on my way.

Not going to lie. All I've ever heard from Big'O customers is how horrible their service was... but at the Payson, UT location they did a great job at a really awesome price!!! Very pleased with their service.

Gabe is wonderful. Spectacular. Fantastic. He runs the place extremely well, very customer service driven, and his team is behind him and his vision. I can't say this about all the Big-O's and I know the Dunn's own at least Spanish, Nephi, and Payson but I have been extremely impressed with Gabe and his staff. Jesse is who helped me last time and he was outstanding as well! Very rarely would I consider the auto industry service side of things actually "service oriented"� but walking in that payson store makes me feel like I'm walking into a family members house. I would give Gabe a raise and hope you can keep him for years to come. As long as Gabe is there, I can assure you that me, my father, and my 3 siblings will continue to come to big o in payson to service our vehicles and we will continue to recommend Gabe's store to our friends and family. We had a major suspension problem that would have ruined our vacation, but Jesse and the crew there worked all day on a Saturday, finding and installing everything we needed to have a safe and fun vacation. Jesse was polite, professional and really tried to make or stay there as comfortable as possible.Our thanks to him and everyone that got us going again.

I went in to get a trip service done on my truck, included in the service was an oil change.It turns out that they were training a new guy that day in the shop.The new guy was in charge of draining the oil and he accidentally drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil.Normally you would think that this would be a bad experience, but the manager, Gabe Dunn, came in and told me what had happened.He also told me that he was sorry and will put full synthetic transmission fluid back in.after a while longer, it was after they were closed, they finished the service and told me that they could not start my truck due to a bad battery.They offered to put a new battery in, even though it was well after closing time.They continued to give me superior treatment regardless of what time it was.I am very impressed with the situation and my truck is in great condition.

I was greatly pleased with the help and service over the past two weeks. I needed new tires for my truck ans well as inspection and this happened in a timely manner of which I am grateful. I also needed to have my oil changed and this service for this was also excellent and very timely.

Gabe and his crew do an amazing job. I ask a ton of questions, want to inspect the work, change my mind and want the best deal with high quality and these guys never disappoint. Super friendly, patient and fast. They have put on level kits, tires, full suspension and alignments and are an amazing shop. Highly recommend them!
