Big O Tires

I enjoy the Big O in Payson, UT because they don't try to talk me into things I don't need. I enjoy the people who work there too.

All the employees up front are friendly and courteous. The lounge area is always clean, and I actually enjoy hanging out while my car is being worked on .

I is always a good experience at the Payson Big O. Gabe and the crew are great!

Gabe and Jaron were very helpful and kind. We always have amazing service when we come. Thank you all so much.

I had a surprise nail in a tire at 4:50pm. The store closes at 5:30, but they said " Come on in and we'll fix you up!" I was in and out before 5:20! Love this store!!

They have always been polite very friendly!! Not afraid to joke around .they make u feel very comfortable in their store . I will be returning to the payson BIG O !!!!

I was visiting family in Provo and the minute I got on the freeway to head back to Cedar City my tire pressure light came on. I googled the closet tire repair center and found Big-O. I pulled up right as they opened at 7 and they got me right in. I had a nail in my tire. I was in and out in 45 min and I left so thankful that they opened as early as they did and that my cost in the end was $25. As a woman traveling alone I was very happy with my service.

Just needed rotation and balance and they quickly and politely got it done. Nice job.

I was a walk in for a tire rotation. I didn't have time to finish a game on my phone before the tires were rotated and I was on my way out!

Our tire blew out on the freeway and Big O replaced the bad tires and got us on our way.

I was on a time crunch and I was taken care of immediately. I was told that I would be about 1 1/2 hours. I had an appointment I needed to be to in 2 hours, and I had my oil changed, filter changed, tires rotated, and emissions test done and paid for it all and walked out of the door in 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was great! I was also reassured that my oil changing button had been reset, the filter was tightened...everything I told them I had a concerned over was taken care of.

Great customer service, fast

I called in the morning to see if I needed to schedule an appointment for a flat repair and was told to just stop in. I asked if I can in an hour before closing if that would be enough time. I was told yes. I went in at that time and was told they were really busy and they wouldn’t have time that day. When I explained that I had called in and what I had been told they took my repair anyway. I was just happy to not have to try and make it in the next day and that they took care of me. I was very satisfied.

Newt and Jessie were so amazing! They were kind and answered all my questions as well as got me taken care of in a great time.

Gabe was wonderful! He helped me with everything I needed and he was very professional. I am recommending Payson Big O to everyone.
