These guys rock- They told me that my truck would be ready in 90 minutes, and they had it done in 60! The Payson Big O always meets or exceeds my expectations.

Jesse was great, he seemed extremely knowledgeable about the products and my vehicle, tying the two together to give me the best options to choose from. He did not try to over sale me anything and let me choose the services I wished to select. He gave me upfront pricing and stuck to them through it all.

I had my vehicle in for an alignment, was informed I needed parts to be able to align the rear wheels. I purchased the parts and installation from Big O. After a day, the vehicle started not driving securely. I took it back to Big O and to them of the problem. They found the problem, fixed it, refunded some of the original cost and added notes to my account to ensure that if any other problems appeared from this incident, they would fix them at no cost to me. i left with no further charges and was totally satisfied with my treatment and the outcome of my visit. Thanks to Gabb Dunn for his attention to my problems.

This Big O always takes care of me. The Big O in Spanish Fork wouldn't help me because I purchased tires from another Big O. The Big O in Payson always takes care of me and will take care of my horse trailer too. They rotated and checked my tires on 4 different vehicles on Saturday afternoon and got me in and out quickly and were easy to work with. It was great to get them all done in one day. I was traveling south to go riding when I noticed my back tire had a bump on it, I pulled into the store and had the salesman look at it, He told me the tire wouldn't make it much longer. The salesman said I know your in a hurry and I will get you out of here quickly! I was in & out with 4 new tires and on the road! The sales people & tire techs are friendly and professional! I believe the gentleman that helped me was Jaren. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I went home while the work was being done, and he was very good about staying in contact with updates. I'll always go to Big O for all of my vehicle needs. As always, Gabe Dunn had everything set up for me to come in the next day when he wasn't working. Thanks Big O staff!
