Big O Tires

On our way camping we got a flat tire on our trailer. We pulled in at 5:30 on a Friday evening (half hour before closing) and told them we wanted four new tires. Even though they had to stay late they were friendly and happy to help get us back on the road.

I no longer live close to this location, however I drive the distance because your customer service is unparalleled! I have done this for over 2 years and will continue to do so. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. In the business of customers needing to wait on repairs it is great to have refreshments and a fun staff...it makes having to wait less painful. Britney was absolutely fantastic to work with!

I have taken 4 vehicles there. Drove away pleased every time!

Just had my HEMI over at Big O Tire in Payson getting my snow tires mounted. Jesse Parent went above and beyond in helping me out at this location and getting me back on the road. I only put a 4 on store cleanliness cuz I wasn't even there long enough to observe it. :) Thx to everyone over there!

The last time I was in there I had a tire rotation done. They did not put a tire cap back on tight so I lost it the same day. I let Big O know and they went above and beyond to replace the tire cap at no expense to me. I really appreciate there caring attitude and willingness to make it right with me. Thanks Big O. They helped me so much!! I had an unexpected emergency when I got a flat tire in the middle of a wedding and the wedding luncheon. The service was super fast and great quality. They were very accommodating! I would gladly go there again! Thank you!

Our tire pressure light was on so we came in to get air and the tech said our air pressure in the right front passenger tire was 20. He suggested to have that tire to be checked out, They found out that it was the valve and fixed it. It did not cost anything.

I have been to the Payson Big O several times and have always been treated fairly. This time was no exception. Jaren went out of his way to get my tires changed out. The shop crew was quick. I was in the store less than an hour.

I went in for an alignment/balance, the service person was polite and even remembered me from the last visit. I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Quick but excellent service, can't ask for more.

I came in looking for a set of wheels for my car i met newt and jesse and they helped find the perfect set, they were very polite and helpful. I will be coming back cause of their great service

Great service and crew at this location. I have never had any problems. I have always had a good experience here, and always left feeling like my car was taken well car of, and I wasn't nickeled and dimed for needless things. And for that, I continue to come back here, and send my family and friends here.

I came in to check my tire pressure. Newt checked it and Jessie filled it! They customer service was great!!

When I went in to get new tires for my old Ford I got excellent service and got taken care of real quick by both newt and jesse I definitely recommend those two when you head in to this big o
