I enjoy the Big O in Payson, UT because they don't try to talk me into things I don't need. I enjoy the people who work there too.

I just want to say thank you to Big O Tires in Payson. I recently came in for an oil change this we. And I got to see the mechanic work on my vehicle. The way the employees all work together is amazing. You could see in the eyes of the employees the passion the have with their job. I could go anywhere in the world for car maintenance, but I prefer Big O and will continue to choose Big O. Thank you for keeping my family safe. God bless you guys Rock. I love the whole Big O team! I went in the other day & a gentleman employee opened thefor for me and greeted me kindly. Gabe Dunn is always extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable. Gabe actually loaned me a personal vehicle of his for a day and a half while my radiator was getting replaced. My household are lifetime Payson Big O customers! Sincerely Austin Tuttle

I had a surprise nail in a tire at 4:50pm. The store closes at 5:30, but they said " Come on in and we'll fix you up!" I was in and out before 5:20! Love this store!!

I got a flat tire just off the I-15 exit near Big O Tires, which happens to be the exit where I needed to go to work. I drove on my flat tire to my place of business, shredding it completely. I called Big O, and they sent someone to me, who changed the flat to the spare, drove my car to Big O, and they were able to find me 4 snow tires, mount and balance them, and then they returned my car to me...All while I stayed at work. Waaaaay Above and Beyond anything I expected, and I was so impressed with their willingness to help and accommodate me. I will return every year for my tire needs and recommend them to all I know.

Gabe is a terrific person to work with. He always is helpful and goes the extra mile in customer service.

Always do what I ask and never charge me more than I agreed before the work. Typically always give me a deal!!

Our tire blew out on the freeway and Big O replaced the bad tires and got us on our way.

I went in needing tires thinking I was leaving super broke! But thanks to the snap program I walked out with 4 new tires and didn't pay a dime out of pocket!! The crew was fast and friendly!
