Big O Tires

Came off the road with a problem and was out in 1and 1/2 hour.

Newt and Jessie were so amazing! They were kind and answered all my questions as well as got me taken care of in a great time.

I had a used car sold to me with a bad TPMS (tire pressure sensor) from Murdock Hyundai. They wanted to charge me up to $500.00 to scan, buy the part, and replace it. I called big o in Payson and they charge $69.00. I went there and even though they had to do it twice to get the light off, they charged me only for the first time and got it fixed. They found a nail in one of my tires on the second visit and it wasn't even part of the procedure I was getting taken care of and they took it out and patched the tire free of charge. This place even rotates my tires for free on occasion. I don't see myself going anywhere else for now. Good customer service as well.

They treated me honestly and fairly. I feel they really are looking out for my safety.

Fast friendly service

Jesse was great, he seemed extremely knowledgeable about the products and my vehicle, tying the two together to give me the best options to choose from. He did not try to over sale me anything and let me choose the services I wished to select. He gave me upfront pricing and stuck to them through it all.

I thought I just needed my ball joints replaced turns out it was more than that. It was a good thing I came in.

I love having a Big O right in my town. That is where I buy all my tires. I know I can go there and get the service I need.

I got to Big O Tires five minutes before they were closing to get a quote on some tires. I originally planned to come back tomorrow but they offered to install them onto my car right then and there. I saw them help out a few other customers who walked in after me, even after they closed they didn't stop anyone else from coming in. They continued to help out their customers with a good attitude about it as well. Very good customer service.

Good quick service

I showed up around Noon at Big O needing 4 trailer tires in a hurry being I had a little over 650 miles to make before 9pm. 45 minutes later and about 10 dead wasp nest that came attached to trailer under carriage and finder wells. Service personal had starting fluid in one hand spraying wasp and air wrench in other. Job Well Done...

They are professionally trained and friendly people. Great people. Brought my car, thinking something big and found out it was not. Quick fix coolant hose and a replacement on the oil gauge. Done and back road before I knew it.

I was traveling south to go riding when I noticed my back tire had a bump on it, I pulled into the store and had the salesman look at it, He told me the tire wouldn't make it much longer. The salesman said I know your in a hurry and I will get you out of here quickly! I was in & out with 4 new tires and on the road! The sales people & tire techs are friendly and professional!
