Quick and excellent service. Oddly, there was a mistake made in ordering the tires so the size was wrong. Whenever I turned the wheel the tires would scrape the vehicle chassis. Returning to the store they quickly replaced the tires at no cost once the error was discovered.

I have never been disapointed at Big O, always exceeds my expectations, customer service is always awesome Brandon and Moises are so knowlegable in what they do. Honest and really cares about safety and that is the trust I need and want from any auto and tire shop.

The pricing is always fabulous and I also had them check my brakes since the menu said they were at 11%—-much to my surprise, they are at half life!
