My car was fixed in a timely matter and my car works great again!

I drove on my flat tire for too long and ruined the tire. Fortunately for me, I had ruined my tire first by running over a nail. Big O was very kind, and when they probably could have tried to charge me for a new tire, because I was unknowingly driving on it when it was flat. And I wouldn't have complained, because that was literally my bad. But they told me it was covered under warranty because the nail I drove over ruined my tire first. I only had to pay $25 to get the new tire on and I was good to go. And they were fast, and very kind to my 2 year old running around while they did the repair. I would definitely trust my car to this shop again.

I had some bad luck and had three flats within a week and they were very helpful everytime. I would definitely recommend this store. They are quick, friendly and remember who you are. They were awesome!

Fair prices. Friendly staff. Optimal location. Timely service. Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and the Saturday appointment availability was ideal for a full time working costumer such as myself.

The only negative comment is that my new tires didn't have the same amount of air pressure on all fours. They were off by 2-5lbs. I mentioned it to them and they immediately fixed it and apologized. Otherwise, everything was great, with staff being knowledgeable and helpful!

Ian is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I always go here for my oil changes because I bought my tires at Big O so my tire rotation is free. I asked Ian about the need for new tires and he went and checked my tread and assured me that my tires would be good for another 6 months. He then even gave me product information on the tires I requested and gave me the price for the new tires I was looking at even though that purchase was going to be today! Thanks Ian, you are doing a great job!

Ian was extremely helpful and willing to work late to accommodate my needs. He was already gathering tools to complete the test I needed before I arrived. I had called just before closing time in need of trailer tires. Ian quickly installed the tires and thanked me for my business.

They found the replacement tire that I needed from the warehouse quickly. They replaced the tire quickly the next day and had a great attitude.
