The guy who checked me in was very friendly. I could tell they were working hard and I appreciated the honesty that nothing was wrong with my brakes and that it was just the pads currently on there. He explained why it was squeaky and didn’t pressure me to replace brakes that didn’t need to be replaced. Truly appreciate his honesty with me. Will be coming back. I would like to make sure they have my correct phone number next time as there seemed to be an issue in getting into contact with me.

Customer Service is Outstanding! Went here for a set of new tires and an alignment. After new tires and the alignment we noticed the tires were noisy and the alignment was not quite perfect. The tires were (Performer CXV Sport) and we were not happy with them. Ian was happy to help determine the sound and realign the car. He stayed after hours and offered a loaner car. After checking the car and wheel bearings he determined the tires were in fact noisy. He took back the crappy tires and put on some Cooper Evolutions. These tires are fantastic! Handle great and super quiet. This kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Ian and Moses were very helpful and me and my wife are very happy. Let's just say I won't be going anywhere else. I feel that I will be taken care of and they now have a customer for life. Thank you Ian for everything. I'll see you again when I need tires for my car/truck or trailer.

I recently moved and switched from the Kaysville, Utah location to the Layton, Utah location. I really liked the old location but wanted to try the location closer to my new home. Big O Tires gives great service no matter where I go. I was still treated as a long time customer making the switch easy and comfortable.

We had 3 cars that needed service over the course of two days that my wife took care of. She doesn't like car maintenance (who does), and really doesn't like it if it is complicated. Big O took out all the complications and turned the cars around quickly to minimize her waitint. Well done.
