I came in for a tire rotation and they didn't charge me for it. I was pleasantly surprised.

I went to big o when I found a tack in my tire and the place I generally went to gave me poor customer service. At big o they pulled my car in and checked the tack. I was lucky and didn't need a new tire but the customer service was soo good that I decided to purchase my new tires from the Layton store. I'll be back for my oil changes etc. thank you

Layton Big O was great both times I have come in :) This time I stopped by because my Jeep Wrangler had one tire losing air. They fit me in, fixed the leak and sent me on my way very happy.
