Ian is the most honest auto mechanic I’ve ever dealt with and I won’t go anywhere else. Service is great and whatever issue I have they’re able to fix and get me going again.

I came in for 2 new tires and expecting to be there for about 1.5 hrs. Within an hour I was on my way back home and I was not the only customer. Fast and friendly service.

Staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and work is always top notch.

The guys there were great! Very friendly and helpful.

I stopped in 30 minutes before closing for a flat tire repair. That basically dropped everything to assist me with my issues.

I asked to make an appointment and the guy at the counter said they could do it for me now if I could wait. I was pleased with that and waited.

They made it really easy. I needed tires bad and right away and Big o was the only company that would do it the same day.

I returned because the tires were under warranty. The issue was a bead problem, and air would slowly leak out and I would have to fill the tire every few days. Is the bead problem a result of the installation? I don't know.

The people at this location were everything you could ask for. They took me right in and serviced my vehicle very quickly. The manager had answers for all my questions.

I was grateful for the honesty of Ian and the other staff members. Instead of trying to get the most out of me because I don't know everything about cars, they explained the situation and helped repair my tire air leak in the cheapest possible way. I was impressed with their kindness as well.
