Big O Tires

Ian went out of his way to get me two new tires on my RV the same day. Him and his staff was friendly and extremely personable. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone else.

Got my wife in and out and she was relieved that she would not get a flat tire.

Based off of my experience with Ian (I hope that's spelled correctly) I would recommend Big O in Layton near Antelope any day. I called around for several quotes and almost every response was bringing it in and we'll figure out the quote. Ian went above and beyond. He looked up my vehicle while I was on the phone and gave me not only a great quote, but one that stuck. Even while in the store you could tell the guy really cared. Friendly, professional, relational. I can't say enough. I had a slight issue when I left and over the phone he was able to figure out what it was. I brought it back in later in the day and was back out the door in 5-10 minutes. Because of the price and more importantly the customer service Ian displayed I had no problem taking it back.

I needed the car to be done the same day and they didn’t disappoint! They quiere quick to diagnose the problem and gave me a great price for the repair.

The employees are friendly and helpful

They were pretty busy when I came in and I asked if it would be easier to bring it in the day after as I didn't want to overwhelm them. They said no you are good but it may be a bit of a wait to get your car in the back is that ok? They made sure I knew how long it would take and that it would be done by the end of the day and text me as soon as it was. They also let me know what pricing was going to look at. They are all very friendly and great to talk to and they make you feel welcomed as soon as you come in the door. Absolutely fantastic staff and customer service
